Join us for a full day of luxurious, meditative movement and stillness. Enjoy the space to discover how your rhythms reflect the rhythms of the day, how your personal energetic universe is a reflection of a greater universe.
Gather at 8.30am (for 8.45am) at the coffee shop on South Beach, Fremantle, for a dynamic morning practice in the salty sea air. Our next session will be more gentle, at 10.15am in the studio (One Studio, Fremantle). Throughout the day we will bring body, breath, heart and mind to standing, seated and lying down practices. All practices are suitable for beginners or experienced, all practices are optional and adaptable. Even if you spend the whole day lying comfortably on the floor in the the energy field of our practice, you are likely to feel the effects.
The main qigong forms we will be exploring are Calligraphy Health, The Eight Pieces of Brocade and health practices taught by Helen Liang, with a view to understanding how to support health and happiness. Qigong has been shown to improve mobility, posture, energy levels, mental and physical well-being. Please join us for a day of qigong bliss!
