"Everything you always wanted to know about running technique but were afraid to ask!" Whether you're an existing runnner wanting to improve your skills, or a complete 'newbie' wondering what running is all about.
I invite you to join me for a 2hr 'journey' through the essentials of running strength and technique relevant to ALL levels of experience. I will challenge you more mentally than physically but most of all I want you to have fun and don't worry because no-one will feel out of place whatever your standard or level of experience.
Goal: A journey through the essentials of good running technique, including how to train 'smart' for your next event!
Format: Small group of 10 or less with lots of opportunity for questions and demonstrations.
Equipment: Gym gear and shoes to run in. We will be using the Studio throughout.
Programme Content: An A-Z of the key aspects of 'good' running technique, Indoor drills you can practice indoors and outdoors, and an introduction to the reasons for and benefits of, Strength & Core training to help your running programme with ideas about what might suit you.
