Fit Camp classes are an increased challenge to Beginner Boot Camp. You will continue on your fitness journey at an intermediate level with classes consisting of strength, conditioning, cardio and flexibility work. You will be pushed to your limits, but the exercises aren’t so advanced that you will have to make substitutions as you would in a traditional Boot Camp. This program is designed for individuals who have built their fitness foundation and want to improve their results by taking it to the next level.
