A 75 minute class focusing on form and alignment with the use of props. Hatha Yoga is a broad term that encompasses all the physical practices of yoga. In class, we will be practicing several different Asanas drawing from Ashtanga, Yin and Iyengar; connecting breath to movement and most of all having fun!
