FREE Labyrinth Walking Mindfulness Mediation

Join us for a Labyrinth Walking Mindfulness Meditation into an authentic labyrinth every 1st Saturday of the month 5:30-6:30PM.

Instruction and guidance provided utilizing mindfulness based stress reduction techniques to slow down our pace, empty the mind and notice the body. This group guided meditation includes a 20 minute mindfulness walk into the center of the labyrinth and 20 minute walk out. Followed by a seated meditation and sharing circle.

This event is followed by a Free Community Vegetarian Potluck Dinner 630-730pm and a Kirtan 730-9pm.
