World famous chef Nobu Matsuhisa returns to his Hong Kong restaurant on April 2 and 3 for “Hanami on a Plate” Gala Dinners celebrating springtime. “Hanami” (Flower viewing) is the traditional Japanese custom of enjoying the transient beauty of flowers. NOBU Executive Chef Sean Mell and Executive Sushi Chef Kazunari Araki have created a Sakura themed Omakase menu capturing the flavours and scents of springtime.
