Presenter: Kevin L. Norton
Kevin was ordained with the Christian & Missionary Alliance in 1982 and has served churches in Bena, MN; Sisseton/Peever, SD; and Duluth, MN, and has been with the Hibbing Alliance Church since 2003.
He also became a volunteer chaplain with the St. Louis County Law Enforcement Chaplaincy (SLCLEC) in 1993 and in 2012 was appointed to serve as the SLCLEC Executive Director, managing 15 chaplains and connecting with multiple law enforcement agencies in the largest county in the USA east of the Mississippi. Kevin’s training is with the International Conference of Police Chaplains, of whom he has a member since 1993.
Kevin and his wife Darcie also own and operate a handgun education and permit-to-carry business called Norton Shield ROC. "ROC" stands for the philosophy of the business: "Responsible Ownership & Carry". Kevin’s certifications are with the NRA, USCCA & Front Sight (NV) handgun course.
