Are you ready to get back into it? Improve your energy levels and rejuvenate your body with our postpartum functional movement and conditioning program - M3Fit: Movement and muscles for mums.

Post-partum functional movement and conditioning program
Classes are suitable for postpartum women wanting to bridge the gap from child bearing to return to sport or fitness with confidence.

Our movement conditioning classes for mums aim to improve your energy levels, rejuvenate your body while covering the basics of mobility, strength and endurance. This class varies from 2 to 6 participants and is supervised by our Sports Physiotherapist who will support you through all aspects of your performance and ensure you achieve your fitness goals in a safe, fun and social environment.​

Our M3 FIT class is a perfect opportunity to stay fit and active with other mums without having to part with your babies. You bring them along! Mums of all fitness levels are welcome.
