Mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety and depression and increase focus, creativity and effective decision making. Join us and learn how to use this ancient antidote to manage the craziness of 21st century living.

Aims and objectives:

- To deliver a mindfulness course that is interesting; relevant; evidence based; fun and up to date

- For participants to learn the key mindful practices (body scan, mindfulness of breathing, loving kindness)

- For participants to build a formal daily mindfulness practice

- For participants to become aware of the benefits of their practice

- For participants to incorporate mindful awareness into their daily life

- For participants to continue their practice long after the course has finished
