Street Lifting Championship Rules

Disciplines & Rules

The competitor should compete in all three disciplines to be a winner:

Maximal weight dip for 1 repetition. The additional weight is attached between legs by the belt with a chain. Lifter should keep the back straight and by the command of a judge “GO” go down to 90 degrees in elbow, as soon as he achieves that angle the judge gives the command “PRESS”, the competitor presses the weight and goes up to a full lock out on the elbows. Lifter must fix the final position for 2 seconds. The repetition won’t be counted if the lifter doesn’t listen to the command of a judge. The repetition won’t be counted if the lifter doesn’t have 90 degrees angle in the elbows. The repetition won’t be counted if the lifter doesn’t lock out the elbows at the final position.

Maximal weight pull up for 1 repetition. The additional weight is attached between legs by the belt with a chain. Lifter should hang on the bar with the arms fully extended and by the command of a judge “GO” pull up and move the chin over the bar. Lifter must fix the final position for 1 second (chin over the bar). The repetition won’t be counted if the lifter starts without command of a judge or his arms are not fully extended at the starting position. The repetition won’t be counted if the lifter doesn’t reach his chin over the bar and doesn’t hold for 1 second.

Maximal weight squat for 1 repetition. The additional weight is the barbell with the plates, it’s placed on the traps of a lifter. Lifter should keep the back straight and by the command of a judge “GO” go down to 90 degrees angle in the knees, hips should go and stop at the parallel with the floor. As soon as lifter sits down, he must listen to the command of a judge “UP” and extend up on his feet. The repetition won’t be counted if the lifter doesn’t sit low enough to reach the parallel with the floor. The repetition won’t be counted if the lifter doesn’t listen to the command of a judge.

Scoring

Every lifter has 3 attempts on each exercise. The best lifter’s valid attempt counts towards his competition total. If two lifters have the same score by the final results, the victory goes to the lifter with the smaller body weight.

Attempts Order

1) Dip;
