Train with me this spring and gear up for the Dreambank Her Madison Half Marathon! In collaboration with Her Madison and Endurance House Middleton, this training plan will prepare you for the race on Sunday, June 24th. Race is optional and registration is not included in program cost.

Sometimes the most meaningful part of a goal is the process in getting there. Making friendships, learning about yourself, achieving more than you ever have, both physically and mentally. YOU WILL RECEIVE:
- 12 week Half Marathon training plan
- Access to private Facebook group that will include: strength workouts, yoga routines, running tips, peer support, nutrition advice and recipes, daily motivation, and much more!
- Monthly group long run led by Casey (Saturday or Sunday morning in the Madison area)
- Monthly group strength workouts via Skype. I will instruct two live classes each month that will occur on a Monday or Thursday after 6:00 pm. Dates/times will be provided at the beginning of each month. *FREE Skype account required
- Private running sessions available for additional cost
** Recommended to have established running base around 10-15 miles each week with the abillity to run 4 miles continuously.
