Being able to design high-quality, professional looking and easy to navigate documents is a key skill for students, professionals and entrepreneurs alike.

Learning to use MS Word effectively for better document layout and design can save you thousands of hours throughout your career.

This one-day training will help you become comfortable and efficient at using some of the most useful and time saving features of MS Word.

All the times you added a picture only to find it disappear when you added text; or the times you had to manually update your table of contents for a humongous document - will no longer waste you hours.

Training Outline:

1. Document manipulation and formatting: Navigation and formatting tips and shortcuts, powerful formatting styles, working with headers and footers, and using bookmarks and hyperlinks.

2. Data presentation: Creating tables, charts, and diagrams from within Word, as well as importing them from other applications such as Excel. Using pictures and clip art. Automatically generating table of contents and indexes.

3. Collaboration: Enabling multiple users to review and edit documents. Sending documents for review. Merging changed documents. Tracking changes, reviewing changes, and accepting or rejecting changes.

4. Efficiency: Using templates and styles to reuse documents, and to set standards and ensure consistency. This includes shortcuts and tips that can be applied on a daily basis.

PKR 5,000/- per person inclusive of training delivery, handouts and training material, and lunch and refreshments.

We also provide up to 3 months of post training support to ensure you learn to apply what you have learnt in every day document design.
