We are celebrating one year of WOW! Free drop in on Saturday, April 21st and try our weight circuit, enjoy a cardio workout or participate in a Zumba or beginner Yoga class. Weight circuit may not be available during classes. Reservations are recommended for Yoga (8-9am) and Zumba (10-11am). Call 250.929.5334 to reserve your spot.

We will also hold a special information session on the Ideal Protein weight loss protocol from 12:30-1:30pm.

Please bring a non-perishable food item for the local food bank.
