Come shape up in time for summer and bring your child(ren) with you! A 6-session workout for you, using your child(ren) & stroller for some added resistance and fun.
Tuesdays (9-10am at Iverson Park) $8 per session or $5 each if you bring a friend! Come weekly or when you are able, workouts will vary each week, but will mostly focus on lower body and larger muscle groups. (Weather permitting, no refunds)
Cash preferred, but can take cards.
Please come ready to workout with strollers, meet at Iverson Park (entrance near sledding hills, park at bottom of hill), payments may be taken at the end to maximize workout time.
