Wanting to try yoga but not sure where to start? Join us for this 6 week beginner yoga program in a small group, non threatening environment at our beautiful Sandy Bay Studio, The Lounge. This course is suitable for complete beginners or those wanting to revisit the basics of their practice. The program is taught as a Purna Yoga style incorporating aspects of yoga asanas (postures), breath work, meditation and philosophy. All mats and equipment provided (participants are welcome to bring their own mat)
