* How to stand and breathe to strengthen your core all day long

* 5 exercises you can start doing right now to strengthen your core and pelvic floor. Each mama will take a copy of an at-home circuit to do to strengthen.

Your baby is welcome to join us or you are welcome to come on your own. We will enjoy learning from Kaye while enjoying other mamas' company. Current J'Adore postnatal clients will receive a 20% discount off of their registration.
