This event has three stages.

There are two divisions. Male and Female

The first five weeks will be individual qualifiers challenges. The purpose of the qualifier is to create a fair ranking amongst the participating athletes.

This will be at the location that you workout at the most.

After the individual qualifier we will form teams of two at each location. Teams will be Male/Male and Female/Female.

Teams will be paired by 1st with last 2nd with second to last and so on.

Five new team challenges will be released and completed together as a team.

Once we have completed the inter box championships we will come together at the Alabaster location for a final event. Format for that still to be determined.
