Start your fitness journey off right and sustainable. Make the lifestyle change that you have always dreamed about. Our team of coaches and counselors will guide you through a ten class course to prepare you for the next phase of our program. Once you have completed this course you will be confident and ready to go into our next three levels of regular group classes. Each of our regular classes has a beginner, intermediate and experienced version of the workout of the day so you will always fit right in and have a goal in front of you with a coach right there to cheer you on the entire way! Classes are Tuesday and Thursday at 6 PM and Saturday at 10:00 AM.
