Start your week off with mindfulness and meditation through Yin yoga.
Yin Yoga is a calming, meditative practice where each seated pose is held for 2-3 mintures. Poses are focused primarily on the hips, lower back and legs.
This class is PERFECT for beginners, advanced yoga students, sedentary AND active folks. Runners, swimmers, crossfitters, teens, seniors - IT'S GREAT FOR EVERYONE!
Bring a yoga mat and water. (We have a few mats available if you need to borrow one) and be sure to dress comfortably.
