Then this course is for you. Our Studio has a non-judgmental, all-inclusive feel with a friendly, relaxed, caring, atmosphere.
You will learn basic yoga poses, breathing practices, mindfulness and relaxation techniques led by Jackie Allen.
Maximum class for this course is 10, so that everyone can get lots of help. We will find the best posture to suit your personal body type so you can enjoy working within safe parameters. There is no one size fits all.
This course will enable you to confidently join in other yoga classes, knowing how to look after your body.
As we are limiting this class to a small number of people, this course will book out quickly so please book in ASAP to reserve your place.

5 week course starting THURSDAY 19th APRIL at 7.30pm
What time do I arrive ?
Please arrive at 7.15pm to give yourself some extra time particularly on the first night.
What do I bring ?
Everything is supplied at the Studio, mats, props etc. so you only need to bring a bottle of water.
What do I wear ?
Please wear loose comfortable clothing or tight and stretchy, no zips or jeans.
We work barefoot.
We are in Lewis Street near the back entrance (stage entrance) of Her Majesty’s Theatre, Ballarat.
