There is an optional frack tour on Sunday morning from 9:00 am-1:00 pm led by two local tour leaders. This tour will be super exciting and is highly recommended. You will be informed and perhaps shocked. We suggest a $20 donation to our experienced tour leaders.
On Sunday, after we return from the tour and have lunch, will be MLPA's annual membership meeting; EVERYONE is welcome and encouraged to attend. We are excited to announce our keynote speaker, author, activist, and Delaware Riverkeeper Maya van Rossum (check out her new book _The Green Amendment: Securing our Right to a Healthy Environment_); we think you won't want to miss it! Main topics of the membership meeting will be officer election, project updates, and fundraising.
Meals and snacks will be provided. Donations are encouraged. Overnight lodging is available at our host property WVU Jackson's Mill. We have access to dorm-style lodging for $12.50 per person per night. If you wish to stay overnight, please indicate which night(s) when you RSVP. Mountain Lakes Preservation Alliance will be collecting the lodging fee, so after you RSVP, please send us $12.50 per night per person at MLPA's PayPal link (link below) or you can send or bring a check. No credit cards. Bed linens are included in that price, but you must bring your own towels and toiletries. If you have any questions, please contact email@example.com.
Please RSVP by Monday, December 4th-- we need a headcount for lodging and meals.
