WHAT IS INVOLVED ➡️
Emma Ferrante is only taking 6 People.
The cycle concludes with a maximum effort day on both the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and Front Squat.
The Prerequisites for this course is a basic Previous experience with Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and Front Squat. Established 1RMs for Front Squat, Deadlift, Snatch, Clean & Jerk
WHY DO THIS COURSE➡️
Executing a Foundation is important to building a wide base of fitness on which to set more sport specific work.
In the case of weightlifting, it’s equally important to be practicing and accumulating repetitions of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk consistently each week.
This training cycle prioritizes the Olympic lifts while still offering recovery and room for plenty of work in the gym, which supports General Physical Preparedness. Plenty of recovery and variation is built into the cycle to avoid injury and overtraining.
