Yang Yoga for strength, fitness and flow
Yin Yoga for flexibility, mindfulness and softness
Expect to feel: balanced, strong, energised, supple, relaxed, refreshed and renewed.
At the close of the session we will settle into blissful stillness and experience a guided yoga nidra with the aid of props, blankets, eye pillows and aromatherapy oils .
Refreshments will be served after the workshop!
What to bring - Bolsters, blankets, yoga mats, blocks, cushions, eye pillows. In fact, all the props you can lay your hands on. If you don’t possess any, let me know as I have some spares.
