The ever-mounting effects of chaos and destruction we are all currently experiencing have been referred to as the dark night of the soul of the world. If you've ever experienced a personal dark night of the soul, you may know the importance of allowing--allowing yourself to be fully in it. But allowing is different than wallowing. I’m suggesting that we can attend to the task of being authentically present in these challenging times that will help us to step forward together into a lighter world.
This is the first in a four-part series of classes. Reconnection is primary to everything that follows and can spell the difference between flourishing and floundering. It is a vital blueprint to understanding our roles in this epic story of evolution, and to help us find and emanate from our centers in communication within and without.
Utilizing ritual, journeying, wisdom teachings, interactive exercises, and ceremony, the four classes include:
1. Reconnection: discovering and maintaining the sanctuary of our connections, nature, each other, and ourselves and to spirit.
2. Resistance: practicing true resistance to fear, helplessness, apathy, negative thinking and victimhood.
3. Resiliency: identifying and establishing practices that feed us.
4. Regeneration: visualizing and co-creating the world that is calling to be born
