Feel agile, flexible, strong and empowered! Join our resident Pilates Instructor and Surfer Jenna for a 60-minute Surf Pilates class to get you primed for surfing at ANY level.

In this 60 minute class you will focus on key areas of the body to improve your surfing ability whilst reducing risk of injury:

- Hip mobility (for creating more powerful, agile turns)
- Core strength (for improved weight distribution and balance)
- Shoulder stability and strength (for more dynamic paddling power)

All surf and pilates levels welcome. 1500 rupees
