The Restorative Yoga & Thai Yoga Massage Experience
In this 2 hour session you will be guided into various restorative yoga poses - fully propped with bolsters and blankets - allowing your body to release and let go. As you lie comfortably, your pose will be enhanced with the healing techniques of Thai yoga massage. Your body will be guided, by Tatjana or Kim, into a gentle stretch and gentle pressure will be applied to various muscles. We begin with feet and legs, making our way to the back and arms, and finish with your head and face.
This class will support you in reaching a deep state of relaxation, releasing stress and relieving tension - allowing your body to rebalance and restore. The perfect ingredients for a healthier and happier you!
