TATE SHERIDAN + VICTOR RUFUS — TALE OF ONE CITY — IN CONCERT AT THE ANU REUNION POP-UP VILLAGE

BOOKINGS: via gpage40 {at} bigpond [dot] net (dot) au. Accepting a FaceBook invitation will not reserve you a place.

Victor Rufus (guitar) and Tate Sheridan (piano) in Tale of One City (note the Dickens reference) will be playing duo music (their own compositions and others) inspired by recent trips to New York, sometimes known as the Big Apple. In the second set they will be joined by Brendan Keller-Tuberg (bass) and Jamal Salem (drums) for some quartet arrangements. Tate is also well known for his singer-songwriting these days but here he will be devoted to the contemporary jazz with which he first made his name. Though still young, Victor has been a stalwart of the Canberra jazz scene for some years now and has also toured overseas.
