Learn how to consciously relax areas of deep tension in your body and how to breathe into and release stress and tension anywhere in your being. Learn pranayama, yogic breathing techniques, to improve upper and lower respiratory function, and calm and balance the mind and body. Learn Asanas, Yoga poses, at your own pace, that will boost your immune system and improve over all bodily functions and release tension as you learn to breathe through the flow. Without pressure you will become more self aware and enjoy that comfortable stretch for YOU. Learn Kundalini and Visualization techniques through a guided meditation at the end of every session that leaves you feeling grounded, relaxed and clear.
