This is a full day class in which you'll learn how to cut, dowel and stack cakes; ice cakes using ombré and watercolour frosting techniques; add a coloured chocolate drip; and decorate the cakes with macarons, fruit, sprinkles, piping and sugar flowers
Everything used to make the cake is vegan and the class will address the specific challenges of dairy-free, egg-free vegan cake decorating. Recipes will be provided to take home along with extensive notes and guidance.
All materials and a light lunch (vegan of course!) will be provided. Class size is up to 2 people. The cost of the class is £150 per person. Sorry, this class is not suitable for under-18s. To book a place please email firstname.lastname@example.org
