Tina began practicing yoga in 2010 when she was searching for a way to cure her sore muscles and bones from a rigorous life and dancing. What began as a method of treatment, turned into a journey of self-discovery that encompassed mindfulness and fitness beside a successful treatment.
After years of practice and experimenting with styles such as Asthanga、Hatha、Iyengar、Vinyasa, Tina felt the need to share her knowledge so that others might reap the benefits of yoga too. She earned her 200-hour teacher training certification from CorePower Yoga, and set out with the goal of making yoga accessible to students of all levels.
She believes that yoga is for everyone and everybody. She teaches based on the notion that if you change your energy you change your mind. Her classes are a blend of a complimentary ration of flexibility、strength and balance while encouraging students to exercise their inner intuition and breath to guide the practice. The students can expect detailed verbal cues, demonstration of poses, and occasional hand-on adjustment. In this way, she strives to help students build strong bodies, find clarity of mind and open their hearts.
Tina continually takes workshops, attends conferences on everything from the history of yoga to breathing techniques and how yoga can benefit everyone. Yoga is one of the greatest gifts for Tina, and Tina is passionate about returning it to all she is lucky enough to teach.
