This 5-week series is designed to help you learn the basics of yoga safely and in a beginner-friendly environment. If you're just hearing about or beginning to start a yoga practice, this series is for you.

Learn the basics of yoga and practice basic postures, from standing postures, forward bends, seated postures, basic twists to reclining poses.

After this series, most students are comfortable taking any Level 1, All Levels, or Yin yoga class that we offer.
