Divine connection through movement, meditation and music has been Michelle’s exploration & intention through many forms of yoga since 2002. When Kundalini Yoga helped her through physical & emotional difficulty in 2013, it became her passion to bring this expansive experience of full mind, body, spirit awareness to others.

Michelle is currently finishing teacher training with the Ra Ma Institute For Applied Yogic Science And Technology.
Michelle is a renowned Intuitive who mentored with James Van Praagh.

She is also the Founder of Venus Rising; Conscious Empowerment For The Aquarian Age hosting weekly meditations on and offline, Women’s retreats, metaphysical workshops & Social Gravity a Sober MOVE-ment.
