This hybrid class is the perfect compliment to your yoga practice.
This NEW weekly class (suitable for those with some yoga experience) begins with an invigorating and energizing sequence that is designed to support additional flexibility while continuing to build strength.
Our practice will finish out with 20 minutes of Yin Yoga, an introspective, slower – paced, meditative style of yoga which allows the body to be still while we work to quiet the mind. During this portion, floor poses will be used to explore passive stretching.
Each pose is held for three to five minutes, releasing the fascia and connective tissues and allowing our bodies and minds the opportunity to be quiet.
