The library is excited to present "How To Be An Overnight Sensation in 30 Years: A Career Novelist Tells All" with New York Times bestselling author Susan Wiggs. Join Susan at the Jimmie B Keel Regional Library as she shares stories from her writing journey and discusses her newest book Map of the Heart. The novel spans oceans and decades from the battlefields of WWII France to the present-day Delaware shore, featuring themes of love, family, war, betrayal, and redemption.

Susan Wiggs has written over fifty novels, including the beloved Lakeshore Chronicles series. Her novels have been translated into two-dozen languages, and she has won many awards for her work, including a RITA from Romance Writers of America. A Harvard graduate, she lives with her husband in Washington State, on an island in Puget Sound.

A Question and Answer segment will follow the presentation, and books will be available for purchase and to have signed by the author.

This event is free and open to the public.
