Join Master Chocolatier Grace Lapsys for a fun baking class! You will learn to make traditional choux pastry dough that can be used to make either pastry puffs or eclairs and traditional French pastry cream - putting them together to make decadent pastry puffs. You will then take these puffs and using a basic caramel and nougatine, put them together into the tower of tastiness known as a croquembouche! Of course, tasting is highly required, and you will get some extra pastry puffs to take home!
Limited to six participants, this class will go quickly, so reserve soon. Please wear close-toed shoes and bring an apron.
