This class is close to my heart. Every Xmas Eve for the last 25 years my family has come together to make sausage - it has become an annual competition to see who makes the best. This Saturday, April 28, from 5:30-9PM, I would love to share this experience with you.
We will learn how to make sausage from scratch, an Apple Mustard Sausage, a Bourbon Fennel Sausage, and a Green Chile Sausage. We will then cook them up, alongside German Pan-Fried Potatoes (bratkartoffeln), and Edel-Labskaus (roasted beets) which we will make to go along with our handmade masterpieces.
Once we have made our phenomenal menu, we will all sit down together to consume the masterpieces! A beer or glass of wine is included in this event!
