Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day! In the spirit of local founder, Gaylord Nelson, we are kicking off the non-motorized summer season with a hike and clean up project along the Gandy Dancer State Trail!
On April 22, 2018 at 1pm, meet in Julia's Java's parking lot. We will provide trash bags and a complimentary earth day snack! Bring a re-usable water bottle for the hike (fill it up at Julia's Java).
Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes or boots; plan for the weather. Plan to hike approximately 2 miles total collecting trash. We will be in two groups going north and south of Julia's Java.
Questions please call Julia at (715) 205-4695.
If you cannot join us plan on taking your own hike soon and pick up some trash along the way, thanks!
