Our standing Tai Chi class will offer both Tai Chi and Qi Gong movement. You will learn the 18 movements of Tai Chi Qi Gong, Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance, Tai Chi Chih, and Energy Cultivation Qi Gong, as well as many other flowing forms. While shifting our weight, we will move effortlessly through the Tai Chi movements. You will strengthen your legs and hips while also improving your balance. Tai Chi is known as a moving meditation. It will allow you to relax, and heal your body from the inside out as it increases your feelings of well-being and vitality. No experience is necessary.
