Relax and restore your body, mind and spirit in this quiet, candlelit class. With the support of a variety of props, your body can rest and soften as the mind connects to it at a deeper level. We'll be reclined or seated on our mats, exploring poses for up to 10 minutes each, during which you may find self-awareness and acceptance. Classes may include breath work (pranayama) or meditation.
