Join us at the shop on Friday, May 4, 5:30-7PM, for meaningful, focused time to create, reuse, make and connect with others! We're inviting returning participants to keep working on their journals as well as helping newbies get started.
New participants will each start with a book (something with some history and character to it - we'll have an assortment on hand), and then focus on the creative process of layering materials onto existing pages, deciding what to keep and what becomes background, experimenting with different techniques and ways of playing with the things we have at our disposal. Newcomers will be offered guidance on staying organized (functionally and thematically) so you can literally get creative on the bus or between coffee shop appointments, and then share an experimental technique or two as all of us begin (or continue) working on our own journals.
For those who are continuing their work, you'll have access to all materials and space to continue creating at your own pace.
