This 30 Day Challenge is more challenging than the first Butt and Gut Challenge...in two ways.
1. The exercises are longer or more reps;
2. Notice there are no rest days "Suggested" . If you need to take the optional rest day on the days noted, then we understand. Its more important to keep moving foward in getting stronger and fitter.

We ask participants to comment, "Done" under the daily challenge posts.

Once again, we'll be putting the names of all those that complete this entire challenge, into a drawing for a gift from the studio.
