Our fitness classes are known to be fun and effective. Our Saturday morning workouts have a reputation of their own. Just like our other classes, no two Saturday morning workouts are ever the same. This one is Total Body: Rock Solid and More. The entire class will be about tri-sets. Then we'll cool down, stretch, and sip a complimentary refreshment we are sure you will like.
