Yoga Fundamentals New Series
Join us for a 6 weeks series to learn the fundamentals to build your practice. In this series you will learn how to create a solid foundation in basic yoga postures, familiarize yourself with yoga language and Sanskrit terms. Students will learn to set intentions for their practice, and develop flexibility, balance and strength.
