This class highlights postures and movements that engage the entire core. Strength building with the focus on the entire core, improving posture and gaining flexibility." and stamina. Having a strong core will help with balance and benefit your regular yoga practice. Features both essential and core-centered yoga poses mixed with Pilates. At least some experience practicing Yoga is recommended for these classes.
