This 3 week Yoga series is designed to inspire and empower pre-teens & teens through self expression and a sense of belonging.
Students will learn fundamental yoga poses in a supportive and non-competitive environment while gaining flexibility, strength & focus.
Techniques are introduced to enable students to learn how to reduce stress through relaxation and breath work and build self-esteem.
