Tuesday, April 24th 6:30-8:00 at Just Results: The Picture Perfect Pantry
Learn the general principals of healthy eating, what the real healthy foods are, and what are the healthy food impostors. Bring photos of your pantry and your fridge and discover what sneaky foods have been standing in the way of your goals! Learn healthy substitutes and easy tricks to feel like you're cheating, while still staying on track.

Part 2
Tuesday, May 1st 6:30-8:00 at Just Results and HEB: Supermarket Sweep
Now that you know WHAT the healthy foods are, where do you find them in the grocery store?! In this series, you will learn how to shop the perimeter of the store, tips for shopping healthy on a budget, and tips for quick and easy meals that won't bust your calories. We will be taking you on an actual grocery shopping adventure to HEB!
**groceries are not included, but if you want to use this as your opportunity to re-fill your fridge and pantry, bring your pocket books!**

Cooking Class
You've learned what good foods are where to find them in the grocery store, now lets learn how to prepare a few veggie-full dishes to add to your new healthy lifestyle! We will be meeting at the Wimberley Community Center Kitchen for this hands-on class. Yes! You will get to cook too!
