Meditation workshop with modern Buddhist monk Gen Norbu

All stress arises from a fundamental conflict between what we want and what we believe is possible. We all want to be happy, but on some level we believe in an idea of ourself as someone who can’t be happy all the time. In this workshop, we will focus on letting go of these self-limiting preconceptions and entering into a space of infinite possibility in which we are free to be anything, and to do whatever is most beneficial for others as well as ourself.
