Buddhist nun, Kelsang Rigden will give a clear explanation of the practice and give a commentary to Drop of Essential Nectar, the prayer booklet* used during the two day retreat. By learning about this special purification practice, the weekend retreat will give great meaning as the sessions will be self guided with little commentary and silence observed until lunch.
