Lifelong social justice activist Cherie Brown will lead us through an evening of looking at intersections of racism and anti-Jewish oppression (commonly referred to as antisemitism). On this 70th anniversary of the founding of the State of Israel on the Jewish calendar, mark the day by joining together in community to think, feel, and reflect on the ways our history with anti Semitism as Jews intersects with racism in Seattle, in Israel and Palestine, and around the world. Particular attention will be paid to internalized antisemitism as well as inter-generational struggles for progressive Jewish activists.

Suggested donation at the door of $7-70, no one turned away for lack of funds.
