You are invited to join in Kai all month with Kelly Atkins at Soul Studios and also on Saturdays at Bayfront Park. Kai is a movement dance class that gives you cardio, mind/body connection, joy and community group connection. It's easy to learn, fun to experience, has great music and is amazingly effective at keeping you healthy in multiple ways in a one hour experience. Kai includes both choreography and some guided movement exercises to engage fitness dynamically.
Kelly Atkins has been teaching fitness and wellness for over 30 years. She has a bachelors degree in Health and Wellness and is a certified personal trainer thru American Council on Exercise since 1992 and provides continuing education credits thru her Kai Earth Immersion trainings she offers as retreats for personal or for those interested in teaching Kai. She loves supporting others in loving and learning more from their bodies as well as empowering and uplifting thru guided imagery, community interaction and sharing techniques she's learned thru the years in her own personal practice as well as teaching and holding space for others.
You don't need any experience with dance, and men and women all ages and abilities are welcome.
